Prices for Product Services

We work on a 100 % NO WIN NO FEE basis across all our services. A no win, no fee agreement (also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement) means that in the event that your claim is unsuccessful you will not have to pay us anything for our work subject to terms and conditions. We are often able to arrange a funding package for the litigation which covers the client against all the financial risks of litigation including the risk of paying the other side’s legal costs in the event that the litigation is unsuccessful.

Where we are unable to offer a no win no fee agreement, we will offer fixed fee at the outset of your case subject to status. This is done in circumstances where the scope and extent of the work is known at the outset.
